1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MyBookings (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address to activate your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed per bookable staff member. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBookings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
